KLOW

Most recovery protocols address one thing at a time. KLOW is built differently. This four-peptide blend combines GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV — compounds that each work through distinct mechanisms involving collagen synthesis, tissue repair, angiogenesis, and inflammation regulation — into a single protocol designed to support recovery, skin health, and cellular healing simultaneously. It’s one of the most comprehensive repair-focused peptide blends available, and it’s physician-supervised from consultation through completion. Pure Hydration ships KLOW directly to patients anywhere in the U.S. — no clinic visit required.

KLOW draws patients who are dealing with recovery challenges that don’t fit neatly into a single category. The athlete whose soft tissue injuries keep nagging longer than they should. The patient recovering from an aesthetic procedure — microneedling, laser, surgery — who wants to support their body’s healing environment from the inside rather than just topically. The person dealing with chronic inflammation that’s been a background feature of daily life for long enough that they’ve stopped expecting it to change. And the patient who simply wants skin that reflects how they actually take care of themselves — better texture, more elasticity, the kind of quality that topicals alone don’t move. KLOW addresses all of these through four overlapping but distinct mechanisms. GHK-Cu supports collagen and elastin synthesis and works through gene expression pathways involved in skin regeneration and antioxidant defense. BPC-157 promotes angiogenesis — new blood vessel formation — which accelerates cellular repair and supports the vascular environment that healing tissue depends on. TB-500 works through actin regulation and cell migration, supporting tissue remodeling and complementing BPC-157’s repair mechanisms from a different pathway. KPV is a tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH with well-documented anti-inflammatory properties, working through cytokine modulation to help regulate the inflammatory environment at the cellular level. Together these four compounds address recovery, repair, and skin health from angles that individually targeted protocols can’t cover. As with any protocol, individual response varies and clinical guidance determines the right fit.

KLOW is generally well-tolerated when prescribed and monitored by a qualified provider. The most commonly reported side effects are mild injection site reactions — redness, tenderness, or minor swelling — which typically resolve quickly. Because this blend includes GHK-Cu, a copper peptide, patients with a known copper or copper-peptide allergy should not use this protocol. If you develop hives, facial or lip swelling, wheezing, or difficulty breathing, stop use and seek care immediately. BPC-157 and TB-500 have limited large-scale human trial data; individual responses vary and some patients report mild nausea, headache, or lightheadedness early in the cycle. KPV is generally very well tolerated given its short chain length and targeted anti-inflammatory mechanism. KLOW is not recommended for patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or those with a history of active cancer. Patients currently taking immunosuppressants or anticoagulants should disclose this to their provider before starting. All Pure Hydration peptide protocols are physician-supervised from intake through completion.

KLOW is run as a 6- or 12-week protocol on a Monday through Friday schedule — 5 days on, 2 days off. Injections are administered once daily at the same time each day. Consistency in timing matters — the repair and regenerative mechanisms these peptides work through benefit from a stable daily dosing environment rather than variable timing. The 6-week protocol is a strong starting point for patients new to KLOW or those using it in a focused recovery window, such as post-procedure healing. The 12-week option is recommended for patients with broader recovery goals, chronic inflammatory patterns, or those using KLOW as part of a longer-term skin health and repair protocol. Because Pure Hydration’s peptide program is fully remote, your protocol ships directly to you on a schedule aligned with your cycle — wherever you are in the country. Each vial is good for 6 weeks once reconstituted and must be refrigerated after mixing.

KLOW is administered as a subcutaneous injection near the lower abdomen or outer thigh — the same delivery method used across all injectable peptide protocols at Pure Hydration. The injection is dosed at 13 units on an insulin syringe. The process takes under a minute once the technique is comfortable. Reconstitute your vial with 4ml of bacteriostatic water before first use, then refrigerate immediately — do not leave reconstituted peptide at room temperature. Use clean, sterile protocol every time: wash hands thoroughly, prep the skin with an alcohol swab and let it dry completely before injecting, and rotate injection sites daily to avoid irritation or buildup at any single location. Never inject into skin that’s bruised, inflamed, or scarred. Each shipment from Pure Hydration includes your peptide vial, bacteriostatic water, two weeks of sealed needles, a protocol-specific dosing guide, and a full injection guide. A video tutorial is also available for patients new to self-injection.

KLOW combines four peptides that work through complementary repair and regenerative mechanisms. GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding peptide that the body produces on its own but in declining amounts with age. It stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis, activates antioxidant enzyme expression, and influences gene pathways involved in tissue remodeling and wound healing. BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide derived from a protein found in gastric juice whose primary mechanism involves promoting angiogenesis — the growth of new blood vessels — and accelerating cellular repair in soft tissue. It also carries well-documented anti-inflammatory properties that reduce the post-injury or post-procedure inflammatory environment that slows healing. TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, a peptide involved in actin regulation — the structural protein critical for cell migration and wound healing. It works synergistically with BPC-157, supporting tissue remodeling and cellular movement through a complementary pathway. KPV is a tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH (alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone) with targeted anti-inflammatory activity. It works by modulating cytokine signaling — specifically by inhibiting pro-inflammatory cytokines including IL-1β and NF-κB pathways — at the cellular level, making it relevant not just for acute injury recovery but for patients dealing with chronic low-grade inflammatory patterns affecting skin and tissue health. The combination of these four compounds creates a protocol that addresses collagen structure, vascular support, cellular repair, and inflammation regulation simultaneously — the four foundational components of meaningful tissue recovery.

Where are you located?
We have two Jacksonville-area locations. Our flagship Jacksonville Beach spa is at 384 9th Avenue North, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250 — in Seawalk Village next to Sutra Salon, just around the corner from Salt Life and Mellow Mushroom. Our Riverside spa is at 1650 Margaret St. Ste. 306, Jacksonville, FL 32204 — in Riverside Market Square near Starbucks and The UPS Store, right by Memorial Park.

What services do you offer?
Both locations offer custom IV vitamin infusions, vitamin booster shots, NAD+ IV therapy, and peptide therapy. Our flagship Jacksonville Beach location adds a full recovery and wellness menu: infrared sauna, cryotherapy, cold plunge, light therapy, and compression therapy.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
We recommend booking so your preferred time and service are reserved — same-day appointments are often available. You can book online in a couple of minutes or call the location directly. First-time guests should allow an extra 15 minutes for a quick medical intake.

What are your hours?
Both locations are open Monday through Sunday, 10am–6pm.

How do I book an appointment?
