Where are you located?
We have two Jacksonville-area locations. Our flagship Jacksonville Beach spa is at 384 9th Avenue North, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250 — in Seawalk Village next to Sutra Salon, just around the corner from Salt Life and Mellow Mushroom. Our Riverside spa is at 1650 Margaret St. Ste. 306, Jacksonville, FL 32204 — in Riverside Market Square near Starbucks and The UPS Store, right by Memorial Park.

What services do you offer?
Both locations offer custom IV vitamin infusions, vitamin booster shots, NAD+ IV therapy, and peptide therapy. Our flagship Jacksonville Beach location adds a full recovery and wellness menu: infrared sauna, cryotherapy, cold plunge, light therapy, and compression therapy.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
We recommend booking so your preferred time and service are reserved — same-day appointments are often available. You can book online in a couple of minutes or call the location directly. First-time guests should allow an extra 15 minutes for a quick medical intake.

What are your hours?
Both locations are open Monday through Sunday, 10am–6pm.

Do you accept insurance? How can I pay?
We don’t accept medical insurance, but we do accept HSA and FSA cards for all of our services, including peptides. We also take cash and all major credit cards.

Do you offer memberships?
Yes. Our memberships give you reduced pricing and exclusive, complimentary add-ons on IV infusions — a simple way to save if you visit regularly. Corporate membership options are also available; just reach out.
