Our custom-built infrared sauna is a private, tranquil respite where you can unwind in peace. The Sunlighten® system has a 99% emissivity rating, meaning you’ll benefit from near-perfect wave quality as your body temperature gradually increases by up to three degrees. Our saunas can reach up to 165 degrees to activate the body’s natural sweat response.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

You should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows your skin to breathe and sweat freely, such as a bathing suit, shorts, or tank top. We will provide clean towels to sit on and wipe away sweat, as well water for your treatment!
