FAQs

How long does each infusion take?

Our IV infusions take approximately 30-45 minutes to administer. For your first infusion appointment, allocate an additional 15 minutes for a brief medical questionnaire.

Does IV therapy hurt?

Don’t let a fear of needles keep you from the immediate and lasting effects of infusion hydration! Our medical staff is highly knowledgeable and thoroughly trained to make any discomfort barely noticeable. Our spa is designed to be a comfortable, soothing environment to encourage relaxation, and our staff will be available to answer questions before, during, and after your visit.

What is contained in the IV infusion bags?

Our infusions contain fluids that are commonly used in medical settings (such as an emergency room, hospital, or doctor’s office), plus custom blends of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and amino acids to support specific wellness goals.

Can anyone get an IV hydration infusion?

While the majority of our customers are eligible, Pure Hydration has the right to withhold treatment if we feel it could create complications or concerns. We take pride in our professionalism and your safety is our priority.

How long does a booster shot take?

Our booster shots typically take a few seconds to administer. Boosters are a great, quick way to get additional vitamins and supplements that your infusion does not already include. Booster shots are administered by our Registered Nurses as well.

Who administers the IVs?

Our IV infusions and booster shots are administered by Registered Nurses.

How old do I have to be to receive IV therapy?
