Pure Hydration IV & Wellness Spa is the first wellness spa in Northeast Florida to offer the powerful Blue Cube cold plunge experience, which is regulated and monitored by our trained staff members. Our staff will work with you to determine the precise temperature to meet your therapy goals while adapting to your body’s unique tolerance for deliberate cold exposure. Our high-flow Blue Cube ice bath circulates more than 1,400 gallons of water per minute, resulting in a cold water immersion session that feels like being in the Arctic Ocean.

What should I expect for my first appointment?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure you have enough time to check-in, change, and prepare for your treatment. We will provide you with towels and a robe for after your treatment. You will want to bring dry clothes with you to change into before you leave.

Can you do the infrared sauna and cold plunge on the same day?

Yes, a Pure Hydration staff member can walk you through our recommended approach to contrast therapy.
